You must have heard by now, Twestival Beirut 2011 is cooking up a storm.

Ever since we found out that our March 24 event would be taking place at Tawlet in Mar Mikhael, we have been wracking our brains trying to come up with the most delicious & inventive menu.

We’re going for an all-Lebanese menu, and while some of the dishes we chose will be cooked in the traditional manner, we have given some of them a twist of our own.  Think Shanklish Pie and Rice pudding brulée. Think local ingredients and comfort food. Think big generous dishes and yummy finger food.
